EURUSD here easily sets up into a long by showing us EURO is becoming very strong and USD is becoming progressively weaker and weaker resulting in a breakout of the currency to the upside.

Here I point out where USD is getting very weak with heavy sell volume and GBP is pretty strong, not very at first but the combination, instead of resulting in spectacular moves up 100-200 pips, we see a slower steadier move up the same amount of pips in a longer amount of time.

We all know of the Fukushima nuclear meltdown and the Tsunami, and the Earthquake in Japan, what you probably don’t know is that the Bank of Japan has injected billions perhaps trillions of dollars into the market to help stave of disaster, economic that is, keep their currency low (which was rising quickly) so you see USDJPY finally shoot up way off the yearly lows and gain quite a bit.

This is a great trade I found that they discuss here. Watch as EURJPY moves up over the 60min moving average then pulls back slightly to that same support level then shoots up almost 100 pips, great trade, a great day.
